Survivor: Alsace-Lorraine is the twenty-seventh season of the Survivor Wiki's Online Reality Game (ORG), Survivor: Wikia!

The second season to have the anarchy format following season 13, Alsace-Lorraine was heavily denounced because of the slow pace, forgettable pre-merge cast members, rigging accusations and confusing twists, all of which have played a huge part in the season's reputation. Despite this, the season did have some redeeming qualities; such as some likable characters and an extremely dominant winner.

Twists

• Anarchy: For the first few episodes of the game, the castaways will not be divided into tribes. Instead, they will be competing individually in the first stage of the game.
• Prisoner of War: During the tribal portion of the game, the tribe that places first in the Immunity challenge will pick someone from the second placing tribe to be the prisoner for the losing tribe. The selected person will join the losing tribe and will vote at tribal council. The person cannot be voted out since he/she will get immunity. When tribal council is done the person will be offered to mutiny to this tribe or go back to his original tribe. After the tribe dissolve, the captain of the winning tribe would send one of their own over to the losing tribe as a POW.
• Mass Mutiny: After the remaining players elected two captains, the other contestants were given the option to choose between Anthoine or Duchêne to go to. If the tribes were uneven, the captain of the majority tribe would choose two people to put on the block, and the minority leader would choose between those two people to kidnap back to their tribe.

Trivia

• This season introduced the Prisoner of War twist. Something similar was done in Survivor: Revival where one tribe kidnapped a member of the other tribe, they then became an unofficial member of the tribe that kidnapped them for one vote. However, the twist was only used for one tribal council.
